Policy for 2.66 and 6 Marla Commercial Plots
Allocation of 2.66 Marla Commercial and 6 Marla Commercial plots, in Overseas 1 and Executive 1 blocks will commence from 18th Sep, 2023 till 30th Sep, 2023.
- By paying just 5% extra, a member of Executive 1 can get the commercial plot transferred to Overseas 1 block.
- If a member clears 50% amount of the plot in Overseas 1, as per the new rates, plot selection can also be made via Sales Desk
- Members of Executive 1 block can select their commercial plot straight-away, by clearing 50% of the due amount of plot.
- This offer is valid on a first come, first serve
2nd Ballot Timeline
Acknowledgement slips for remaining 2.66 Marla Comm, 6 Marla Comm, and 3.5 Marla Res plots will be issued from 2nd Oct, 2023, till 28th Oct, 2023. These plots will be part of the 2nd ballot.
Policy for 3.5 Marla Residential Plots
For 3.5 Marla Res plots, member has to pay at least 30% amount for plot selection. To become part of the general ballot, member has to pay dues only till the 1st Quarter.
